This notice covers this website: what the Second Brain Builder asks you, what our analytics measure, who handles the data, and how to have it deleted.
What the builder collects, and why
The Second Brain Builder asks about your role, your company size, the tools you work in, how many meetings you have, when you'd like your morning brief, what tends to slip, and what your second brain should never see. At the end it asks for your name, email and company, and, if you choose, your phone number and anything else you want us to know.
We use your answers to prepare your Installation Blueprint, email it to you, and reply to you personally. Until you submit, your answers are kept in your browser so a reload doesn't lose your progress. Our analytics only note which steps you reach and the role you pick.
What our analytics measure
We measure how the site is used: which pages are visited, how far people scroll, which buttons they use, which builder steps they reach, the site or campaign link that sent them, and their device type, browser and country.
We don't store IP addresses. Visits are counted with a one-way hashed id that changes every day, so we can't tell who you are from your visits or link visits across days. If you submit the builder, we keep a note of how you found us, such as the campaign link you used and the page you landed on, with your submission.
We don't use third-party advertising trackers, and this site doesn't set tracking cookies. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't record your visit.
Who handles it
Your submission and our analytics are stored with our database provider. Emails, including your blueprint, are sent through Resend, our email provider. Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard request information, such as your IP address, to deliver pages to you.
Deleting your information
Reply to your Installation Blueprint email and ask us to delete what you shared. We'll delete your submission and reply to confirm.
Installations are different
This notice covers the website only. Every installation is scoped with its client and designed around data the client controls: you decide which sources connect, what is always left out, and where your files live.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
